Des Bellamy, the CAP Drug Worker, is joining Tim and Anne at the FSI 10k challenge run on Saturay 5th June 2010 at Thornbridge Hall, Derbyshire, to raise funds for the us.
Des is now stepping up his fitness regime to catch up with the rigiorous training schedule Anne and Tim have been following since signing up!
There are still places available for you to join them. If you are interested The FSI Challenge is a fun run/walk with 4 and 10 km courses that are suitable to all ages with a reasonable level of fitness. The route takes you through some of the most scenic parts of the Peak District, after which you can relax in the grounds of Thornbridge Hall. The Challenge is part of a Fun Day so bring your family and friends too.
To add extra competition to the challenge, we are looking for corporate teams to enter and are offering a prize for the one that raises the most sponsorship money.
