We have been on televison. The Secret Millionaire has been screened, if you missed it you can click the link here to watch it on Channel 4 On Demand. At last we can talk about it. We have been waiting since June to tell you about the visit of Dr Chai Patel. He came together with TV cameras, an open mind and kind heart. The results are about to be aired on national television and we hope you will watch with us. [...] Thanks to some very generous supporters we now have a 2 minute video we can show to tell people about the work we do at the Archer Project. Eamonn, Lucy and Joe worked with us to produce the video, which you can now see: Archer Project video. Thank you – it looks like everyone that took part had a lovely time. We have had some wonderful photos sent to us and we shall be sharing them with you soon. The Big Lottery Reaching Communities Fund has granted the Cathedral Archer Project £388,000 over the next three years to deliver a new and exciting programme to develop client volunteers and activities, called First Steps to Stability. The funding will enable the project to help more clients progress away from the homeless [...] |
