We are embarking upon an appeal to raise £2,000,000 to rebuild our Archer Project centre.
Since opening our building in 2006/2007, we have learnt a huge amount about progression and support away from homelessness. Our service now is unrecognisable from then.
We have improved our care and now, with your help, it is time to improve our centre.
The quality of support we offer is not replicated by our facilities. The current building, which suffered significant fire damage due to an arson attack in May 2020, is no longer fit for purpose. This rebuild is not just about repairing physical damage; it is about creating a space that truly supports the recovery and well-being of people experiencing homelessness.
People who work with us make progress through their own commitment and resilience, even when our facilities create obstacles rather than remove them. Rebuilding our centre will change that and allow us to help as many people as possible progress away from homelessness.
This rebuild will enable us to protect what Archer Project provides now, as well as strengthen what we can offer in the years ahead.
We need everyone in Sheffield and South Yorkshire to help us achieve this ambitious project. Whether it is through monetary donations or in-kind services, please get in touch with joseph@archerproject.org.uk to enquire about how we can work together.

Homes by Honey are the headline sponsors of our rebuild with an incredible donation of £100,000. When announcing this support, Honey's CEO Mark Mitchell said, “This is an opportunity for businesses to step forward in a practical way to help us to reach the £2m target as quickly as possible. That could be through donations, corporate partnerships or fundraising activity. If your organisation can help, please get involved to help support the hugely important work of The Archer Project and the amazing team which provides such dedicated care and support to so many people.” Honey provides bespoke homes and believe your home should be built for today’s lifestyles – with a unique approach to design, space and sustainability.
