Purpose:
The purpose of the role is work within a team to co-ordinate receiving, organising and distributing donations.
Accountable to: Stability Manager
Role & Responsibilities: The role will provide practical support for receiving, organising and distributing donations accordingly to the people we support and to different departments of the project, whilst complying with health & safety and operational procedures.
Responsibilities include the following:
Primarily working in the Donations Department to organise donations and ensure these are being stored in the correct place.
Support beneficiaries to choose items of clothing.
Monitor stock levels of food and clothes on a regular basis. Low levels to be communicated to Stability Manager.
Compliance with systems that are in place.
Work closely with Stability Manager to identify areas for development.
Compliance with health and safety standards.
Maintaining a respectful, kind, and non-judgmental view at all times.
Inform The Stability Manager of incidents and behaviour that contravene the organisation’s Code of Conduct.
Report any hazards, breaks and incidents.
