We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and person-centred Progression Support Worker to join our Stability Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support adults experiencing multiple disadvantages to make positive changes in their lives through meaningful activities, volunteering opportunities, improved wellbeing, and increased independence.
Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, you will build trusted relationships with individuals, helping them identify goals, overcome barriers, and take steps towards greater stability and personal achievement.
About the Role
As a Progression Support Worker, you will:
Provide personalised, strengths-based support and case management.
Help individuals identify and achieve personal goals.
Support people to access services, appointments, activities, and volunteering opportunities.
Build strong partnerships with external agencies and community organisations.
Coordinate support for individuals with complex needs.
Promote health, wellbeing, confidence, and social inclusion.
Facilitate meaningful activities that help people develop skills, interests, and routines.
Maintain accurate case records and contribute to impact reporting.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting people facing multiple disadvantages or complex needs.
Can build trusting, professional relationships with a wide range of people.
Understands strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches.
Has excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Understands safeguarding, professional boundaries, equality, diversity, and confidentiality.
Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Is empathetic, resilient, patient, and committed to helping others achieve positive outcomes

Salary of £26,500 – £28,500, depending on experience and qualifications.

Appointment subject to 3-month review period, which may be subject to extension.
